Miss Sixty Glasses presents its 2010 eyeglass collection, manufactured under license by Marcolin. Fourteen new models interpreting the vivid essence of the International fashion brand with immediacy and originality, through bright choice of colours and original details drawn from the Miss Sixty imaginary world.

Colourful models in acetate and hyper-light metal offers, Miss Sixty distinguishes itself for the ability to dress the looks with elegantly-designed frames, re-elaborating the trends of the fashion collection with glamour and irony. Drawing inspiration from exuberant details from the Eighties and from the energy and Seventies-style liveliness of lysergic patterns, Miss Sixty designed an eyeglasses collection dominated by light, colour and sensuality.

Red, violet, fuchsia, orange and yellow are the protagonist hues through unexpected combinations, without forgetting the classic models offered in grey, white and black.

Frames feature essential and clean lines, both on acetate and metal models the aim is always highlighting one's look in an elegant and immediate way. Many are the details contributing to stressing the intense personality of Miss Sixty women: from small polka dots to psychedelic combinations of two-colour checks and more recognisable elements like sensual prints of mouths and butterfly-shaped metal decorations.

Absolutely in line with the fashion brand style, the Miss Sixty Glasses line loves to play with unexpected combinations, a contemporary mix&match reflecting an original interpretation of unique, ironic and sensual femininity.

Bright colours and transparencies dominate this acetate line featuring a linear design that gives shape to a delicate rounded profile. Miss Sixty declines the frames in two versions: one more intense in colour, available both in scarlet red and “all black”, the other playing on the shades of violet and orange. The model’s personalisation is given by a rectangular decoration on the arm obtained by an ensemble of polka dots with a captivating iridescent look also appearing on the hot printed logo.

A Seventies Optical pattern reinterpreted in Eighties key is the protagonist of this frame, played on the strong personalisation of the arm featuring unexpected coupling of black with shock hues like fuchsia, violet and red. This square-shaped model in plastic is extremely comfortable and Miss Sixty logo is embellished by coloured and bas-relief enamel.

Fresh and refined, this offer is directly inspired to the graphics of Miss Sixty collections. Available both in acetate and metal, this rectangular-shaped frame stands out from the special plastic arm decorated with an original print inspired to check stripes.
The acetate version is embellished by a multi-layer manufacture which creates a chromatic play on the front, also present in the combined version with metal front made in shades differing from the arms’ colours.
